A morning in the lemon groves above Minori, time in a well-loved local pastry kitchen, a vineyard lunch in Tramonti, and meals prepared by our private chef give La Vita Vera its own distinctive feel.

This is a privately hosted, seven-night stay on the Amalfi Coast for just seven women. We are based in our peaceful villa in Ravello and move between Ravello, Minori, the sea and the Tramonti hills, returning through the week to our own table and quiet of the villa.
What shapes the week is not only where we go, but how we are received. Family ties in Minori and long-standing local relationships give La Vita Vera its character. In the lemon terraces, at sea with my cousin, and over lunch in Tramonti, there is a feeling of being welcomed in rather than simply passing through.
Each day has one clear anchor, and around that there is space. Afternoons are not overfilled. There is time to rest, swim, wander, or simply sit in the light.
Hosting here means the practical side is quietly taken care of in advance, reservations, timings, transport and transitions, so that you do not have to organise, coordinate, or keep the week moving. You can simply arrive, settle in, and enjoy it.

About the Host

I’m Mariangela.
I was raised in England, in a traditional Southern Italian home, with Minori, the Neapolitan dialect, and years of return woven through family life. The Amalfi Coast has been part of my family’s identity for generations.
La Vita Vera is the week I have wanted to host for many years. A small circle of women, an unhurried pace, and days shaped around long tables and local life. I am here throughout, overseeing the experience so that you can relax into it without the need to organise, interpret, or hold anything together.
Because my roots are here, our time moves through the coast more naturally: meeting locals and making real connections, and none of the strain of having to piece things together for yourself. The group stays small by design, so the atmosphere remains warm, conversations can be intimate and friendships can grow.
My hope is that you leave feeling not just that you saw something beautiful, but that you were genuinely welcomed into it.

Arrival & The First Table
Private transfer to the villa. Settle in and share our first chef prepared dinner together with soft live music.
Ravello & Ease
Ravello in the morning. Dramatic gardens, ancient stone, and fresh morning air. A quiet afternoon to take it in. In the evening, a table is prepared for us in the hills.
Minori & The Welcome
Minori. A morning on lemon terraces with friends, followed by a long lunch under pergolas. Later, we initiate a small tradition, the product of which, we will enjoy together on the final night.

Carried By The Sea
A day on the water with my cousin captaining at the helm. Starting from Maiori, salt air, hidden coves, postcard towns, and the simplicity of being carried through the hours.
Minori Unhurried
Minori, this time a slower day, for wandering at street level, pausing in the shade, and enjoying the town without needing to be anywhere in particular. Lunch is kept away from the crowds, and the afternoon remains your own.
A Day at the Villa
A day deliberately left open. Swim, rest, read, wander into Ravello, or simply stay still for a while. In the early evening, olive oil in the garden, then candlelight, music and dinner together.
Old Vines & Long Lunch
Into the Tramonti hills, to ancient vineyards and a slow lunch with the vintners who make rare local wines. Ravello for a final dinner and music beneath the stars.
A Soft Return
Breakfast, farewells, and private transfers back to Naples.

Hosting means the week is carefully arranged in advance, and personally overseen throughout. Reservations, timings, local coordination, transitions and the smaller details are all taken care of, so you do not need to organise, interpret or hold anything together yourself.
I am there throughout to make sure the week feels smooth, comfortable and quietly well looked after from beginning to end.

There is time to rest, swim, wander, sit with a book, or simply take things in.

The first step is to request the Details Pack. If, after reading it, you would like to explore your place properly, the next step is a short call. A €2,200 deposit then secures your place, and the remaining steps are simple and clearly guided.

The group shares meals and certain anchor moments together, but there is plenty of room to step back when you want to. No one is expected to perform socially, and coming alone never means being left to fend for yourself.
The atmosphere is warm and relaxed. Solitude is easy to take when wanted, and company is always there when it is welcome.

Accommodation includes private doubles for solo occupancy, one shared twin, and one lead-in private category, which is now reserved. Full rooming and pricing are set out clearly in the Details Pack, so you can see the options properly before deciding.

If weather affects one of the planned anchor moments, it will be replaced with something of equal tone and quality. The standard of the week remains the same.

La Vita Vera is kept to just seven women so the week remains personal, easy and intimate. At that size, the table feels natural, conversation can deepen, and no one disappears into a crowd.
Because the group is so small, I speak with each woman before a place is confirmed. It is simply a way to answer questions and make sure the fit feels right on both sides.
If I do not believe it is the right fit, I will say so honestly and respectfully.
